Do you have a trial version?
Yes! There is a 7-day trial for the business and enterprise plan with access to the full functionality of the platform.
What does the free trial offer?
The free trial provides you with a full version of the respective plan for 7 days. You get the full experience of depth and breadth of Codegrip, so you know exactly what you are getting when you become a Codegrip user.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We use “Stripe” for accepting payments and support all major credit and debit cards.
How many users are supported per plan?
Each plan has a different user volume that it can support. The startup plan allows 2 users. The business plan allows up to 100 users and the enterprise plan supports up to and 10000 users. If you have a larger number of requirement you can drop us an email at team@codegrip.tech, and we can help you.
What happens after my free trial ends?
The analysis is available for 30 days after your trial ends and you can only access it once you have subscribed to the respective Codegrip plan.
Do you provide refunds?
Our SaaS-based platform works on a pay-as-you-go(subscription) basis. Users can cancel the subscriptions at any given time, and his subscriptions will be canceled at the end of the month. Users shall not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fees for the remainder of the subscription term.
